Returns
You may return any product purchased from Treeline Products within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at info@treelineproducts.com and provide your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new item.
